Drama-Team is a leading content company specializing in the development and production of high-end drama series for the global market.

Drama-Team was founded by renowned producers Mosh Danon (Inosan Productions) and Chaim Sharir (Yezirah Ivrit), and is known for its expertise in crafting premium international TV content. The company’s acclaimed productions include both the Israeli and US versions of “HOSTAGES”, winner of the Golden Nymph Award for Best International TV Drama at the Monte-Carlo Television Festival.

Other notable series include “IN TREATMENT”, adapted by HBO and remade in over ten territories; “MYTHOLOGICAL X”, adapted by CBS; “MINIMUM WAGE” (“30 SHEKEL PER HOUR”), winner of the Israeli Academy Award for Best Drama Series; and “ALLENBY”, adapted by Turner International Brazil.

In recent years, Drama-Team has significantly expanded its international presence. Productions include “MUNA” (co-produced with KAN 11, Israel), which aired successfully in 2019, and “THE GRAVE”, a mystery-suspense drama co-produced with Federation Entertainment (France) and Keshet (Israel), which was an official selection at CANNESERIES 2020.

The company continues to collaborate with global partners, including production companies, distributors, and broadcasters. These collaborations include “THE GIRL FROM OSLO”, a suspense drama co-produced with HOT (Israel), Monster Scripted (Norway), and Netflix; “JERUSALEM”, a crime drama series co-produced with ITV (UK) and HOT (Israel); and “BLACKSPACE”, a psychological crime thriller co-produced with Federation Entertainment (France) and Reshet (Israel).

Most recently, Drama-Team produced “TRAVEL WARNING: ATHENS”, a new eight-part suspense series that serves as a second season to “THE GIRL FROM OSLO”, created with new partners including Reshet (Israel). The series premiered in 2025 and continues the company’s tradition of high-end international storytelling.

Mosh Danon: CEO, Producer

has been a producer for over 25 years. He has been involved in a wide range of projects and has managed several production companies. His company, Inosan Productions, specializes in producing feature films, TV series, and documentaries that have been released theatrically and broadcasted worldwide including the award winning and Academy Nominee for Best Foreign Language Film film “AJAMI”. He served as Chairman of the Israeli Film & TV Producers Association and was recently elected as the Chairman of the Israeli Academy of Film & TV. In 2011 he received the honorary degree of “Chevalier des Arts et des Letters” from the French Minister of Culture and Communication Frédéric Mitterrand.

Chaim Sharir: CEO, Producer

One of the leading and most prolific producers of high quality scriped formats for TV drama series and feature films in Israel including the film “RESTORATION” winner of the Sundance Screenwriting Award, the Grand Prize at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival  and Best Film at the Jerusalem Film Festival. Founder of his company Yezirah Ivrit. Sharir was the Content VP of Reshet Broadcasting (Israeli Channel 2). He was also one of the founders of the Israeli Academy of Film & TV and served as the Chairman of the Academy for several years and served as Chairman of the Israeli Film & TV Producers Association.

Avishay Kahana: Head of Script Selection

Graduate of the Jerusalem Sam Spiegel Film School, where he currently teaches as part of the undergraduate program. In 2011, Kahana became the Associate Director of the Sam Spiegel International Film Lab alongside Renen Schorr. In 2013, he was appointed as the Director of the Pitch Point at the Jerusalem Film Festival. Furthermore, as Content Editor for Co-Pro Documentary Market, Kahana worked in France, sourcing opportunities for International co-productions for the Israeli Market. In 2016, Kahana was invited to direct the Cinema South Israeli Film Festival. Kahana has also worked as the Content Editor and Producer of numerous documentary projects and as the Content Development Director at the Tel Aviv Cinematheque (2018-2020).

Since 2025, Kahana has been serving a the Artistic Director of the Tel Aviv Cinematheque.
